In sella con La Mondina
Cycling itinerary in Medicina town coutryside, to discover the local production of rice: a protagonist in local agriculture until the 50's, it is finally coming back to our lands.
Starting from Medicina former train station, visitors will be guided to Quartieri rice fields, in S. Antonio della Quaderna district. Follows then a visit to “Radici-Reperti di Civiltà Contadina” exposition, in Partecipanza Agraria di Villa Fontana, place that hosted the ancient actions of processing rice.
Closes the experience, a tasting of these productions, curated by Osteria di Medicina and Cantina Mingazzini.
